All orders placed with Autotuned (phone, fax, mail, verbal, or e-mail), either directly or through a dealer, constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the conditions listed below:

Warranty and Disclaimer

Items sold by Autotuned may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, Autotuned is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. Autotuned does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Autotuned is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.


All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All carbon fiber and fiberglass products will not sustain heavy force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Autotuned has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.

Shipping Damage

Autotuned packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier’s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer’s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Autotuned from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

All damages must be notified to carrier and Autotuned within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to the distributor and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. Autotuned, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

Defective Products

All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber and fiberglass products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.

Shipping Errors

If the consignee receives an incorrect item due to Autotuned’s error, consignee must inform the dealer within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Autotuned will then issue a Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charges.

Shipping Lead Times

All Autotuned products are manufactured to order domestically in the Los Angeles area. Normal production lead times range from 2-4 weeks from when an order is submitted, followed by actual shipping times. Occasionally during times of heavy production load, production lead times can extend beyond what is normal. Autotuned shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or material shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Autotuned’s business.

All parts shall remain the property of Autotuned until paid in full.

Return Policy

Please inspect items immediately upon receiving them. Read conditions below carefully.


All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee including return shipping cost. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. Store credit is not available. You must contact us and retain approval of return prior to the return. Retain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA#. Returned items must be in brand new condition. Installed or attempted to be installed items are invalid for returns. Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on specialty items.

Once items have been returned to the manufacturer, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.


Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order by Autotuned. If a mistake was made on our end, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use or we will schedule a call tag with the shipping company.

All Autotuned branded products are manufactured to order, and thus, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive an incorrect item or damaged item, please contact us via email at shopautotuned@gmail.com to process an exchange or discuss other options for resolution. If an exchange is agreed upon, all incorrect or damaged items must be returned in original packaging and show no signs of being installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced. An RMA# must be obtained before any product is sent to us for exchange. Please write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name. All returns must be received by Autotuned within 10 calendar days after the RMA# has been issued. The RMA# does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Exchanges must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct size and application of the parts before installation.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. It is also the customer's responsibility to repack the item(s) that are being returned and make sure that it is properly and securely packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent the item from being damaged. We cannot give credit or refund on a returned package that got damaged due to insufficient packing. All hardware & accessories included in the original package needs to be returned or the customer will be charged. All returned items needs to be insured (in case of lost or damaged) and we recommend the customer to get a tracking number to track the shipment.
